KICFM provides commercial/residential rentals and leasing services, auto rentals, and heating fuel sales/delivery to individuals and companies operation or residing in Kotzebue, Alaska.

KICF is one of the largest providers of housing in Northwest Alaska.  We currently own and manage approximately 120 housing units in Kotzebue.

Construction companies and other businesses that need accommodations for their employees on a temporary or extended basis will find our housing to be ideally suited to their needs.  Individual renters are welcome as well.
